Sales Policy
- Used Trailers: All used trailers are sold as-is and carry no warranty, expressed or implied, from Norco Trailers.
- New Trailers: All new trailers include manufacturer warranties. Warranty registration requirements vary by brand:
- Look Trailers, Pace American Trailers, Playcraft Trailers: Must be registered by the owner on the manufacturer’s website.
- Innovative Trailer Mfg. & Thuro-Bilt Inc.: Require a paper registration form, provided at the time of sale, to be mailed to the manufacturer.
- Featherlite, Haulmark & Wells Cargo: Automatically registered with the manufacturer by Norco Trailers.
- Warranty Work: All factory warranty work must be performed by Norco Trailers or a preauthorized dealer. Factory authorization is required before any warranty work can be completed. Norco Trailers does not offer any warranty beyond the manufacturer’s expressed coverage.
Deposits & Order Cancellations
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Transfer Deposits: Cover the cost of transferring a trailer between our Norco and Escondido locations for pickup and will secure the trailer for up to 24 hours. If the trailer is not purchased within this period, the deposit is forfeited. If purchased, the deposit will be applied to the final sale price.
- Online Orders: Orders placed online may be canceled at any time before pickup by calling Norco Trailers.
Returns & Exchanges
- No Returns on Purchased Trailers: Once a trailer has been picked up and e-filed with the CA DMV, it cannot be returned.
- Final Inspection Before Purchase: A complete walkaround inspection will be conducted before finalizing DMV paperwork. Once the paperwork is submitted, the trailer is considered titled and used.
- Reselling or Trading In: If you determine that the purchased trailer does not meet your needs, we recommend waiting until you receive the trailer’s title and selling it privately for the best resale value. Norco Trailers is not obligated to repurchase any trailer but may, at our discretion, offer trade-in credit toward another trailer purchase.
Buyer Responsibility
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the trailer purchased meets their needs in terms of size, weight capacity, and functionality.
- Once a trailer leaves our lot, it is considered a used trailer, and resale value may vary.
